Since the end of the year is typically a time of reflection, we found ourselves looking back at all the great topics we've covered in the Weekly Wellness and included links to some of our favorites. We've covered everything from how to change your story to building a kick-ass squad and even how to fail gracefully. We hope these letters will reinforce what you already know, awaken your secret superpower or maybe even teach you a thing or two about how to use your secret sidekick.

We know you have goals you're trying to reach in the new year.

What advice can we give to get you there?

There's a quick, anonymous 3 question survey below. Please take a moment to share your thoughts as this helps us provide you with more tailored topics to help you live your best life and discover what joy really looks like.

In other news, we recently came across a quote that pretty much sums up what we've been saying all year. That is, "Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything." Turns out, George Bernard Shaw was onto something. The biggest game changer we've discovered thus far in truly changing our mindset? You guessed it, having a consistent meditation practice and using the insights we gather "on the mat" to make moves. We were all born to be exceptional and to excel, and we can't wait to greet you with more good stuff for your inbox in 2018 to ensure that you do.

We often talk about how to incorporate wellness into our daily lives, and if we're honest, your Black Zen Team has recently been so hard at work that we haven't taken our own advice. We are always encouraging you all to know what you need and make choices accordingly, so it's our turn to walk the walk and take a much needed break. This holiday season, it's all about laying low and giving ourselves time to re-charge. You may feel like you're in the same boat and now may be the perfect opportunity to tap out your vacation days, give yourself a day off, or connect with what you need in this moment and season of your life.

If you really miss us during the holidays, catch up on our podcasts and

listen in on all the goodies we couldn't fit into the Weekly Wellness to keep you inspired!
